
Lauren is an Experienced litigator and Trial Attorney. She is a Partner in our Rhode Island office. Lauren focus is in the area of Insurance defense litigation and has successfully tried a wide variety of matters. She has litigated cases in Massachusetts and Rhode Island State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Lauren has many favorable reported decisions as a result of appeals to the Rhode Island Supreme Court. She has also participated in many Arbitrations and Mediations with successful results. She is a strong proponent of ADR and serves as a Neutral Arbitrator and/or Mediator.
Prior to Joining our firm Lauren was a shareholder and President and Managing Director of Langlois, Wilkins, Furtado and Metcalf, PC.
Lauren has lectured extensively on insurance and legal issues at seminars for Clients and the Insurance Industry throughout the United States. A list of these seminars and programs is available upon request.
