
Paul Thibodeau joined the firm in 2023. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut, The United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. His practice with the firm is focused primarily in the areas of tort litigation, premises liability, products liability, business disputes, and personal injury claims. Prior to joining Davids & Cohen, Mr. Thibodeau practiced law at several prominent personal injury firms in Connecticut, where he obtained several successful jury verdicts and had great success with mediating claims involving serious personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death.
Mr. Thibodeau received his undergraduate degree from Middlebury College (B.A., 2008) and his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law (J.D., 2011). From 2021 through 2023, Mr. Thibodeau was recognized as a Rising Star in the Super Lawyers edition of Connecticut Magazine, a distinction awarded to the top 2.5% of lawyers in Connecticut with similar experience. In 2023, he was named in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America, a peer-reviewed selection process. He resides in Milford, Connecticut with his wife.
