Mr. Metcalf concentrates his practice on workers’ compensation defense litigation. He regularly represents self-insured employers, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers at the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court.

Mr. Metcalf received an undergraduate degree from Assumption College, where he competed as a member of the College’s baseball team. He received his law degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Mr. Metcalf currently resides in Rhode Island with his family and enjoys playing golf and following his favorite sports teams.
