Professional Experience

Kelsey is an experienced litigation attorney. Kelsey began her practice in Plaintiff’s personal injury work before moving to a top, global insurance carrier where she spent eight years focusing on civil trial work. Kelsey has first-chaired more than 40 jury trials and is proud to boast a more than 80% success rate. Kelsey has also completed dozens of bench trials, binding arbitrations, and mediations. Kelsey has extensive experience in all aspects of insurance defense, from pre-litigation to post-trial appeals, and has represented individuals, small businesses, large corporations, and municipalities in a wide variety of matters including subrogation, construction defect, product liability, coverage, and bodily injury. Kelsey prides herself on being organized and detail-oriented, guiding clients through the daunting litigation process.

Beyond the Office

Outside the office, Kelsey enjoys hiking, cooking, and cheering on the Pats, Bruins, and Arizona Diamondbacks with her husband, two sons, and dog.
