Professional Experience
Mr. McManus is currently a senior associate at the firm. His practice focuses in the areas of contract and tort litigation, premises liability, first- and third-party property claims, personal injury, automobile liability, construction, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith litigation, business and commercial disputes, transportation, products liability, retail, and professional liability. He represents commercial entities, insurers and their insureds, and self-insured businesses.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McManus clerked for a Fortune 100 insurance company in its Massachusetts headquarters and interned at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in the Homicide Unit. While at Suffolk Law, Mr. McManus was the Chief Note Editor for the Transnational Law Review and was a member of the National Constitutional Law Moot Court team, receiving national recognition.
